Urgent Deadline Regarding Your Debit/ATM Card Services
At Fidelity, meeting your financial needs is our top priority. For that reason, we want to inform you about an upcoming change to Fidelity Bank’s overdraft services. This change, mandated by the Federal Government, will affect your account when there is an overdraft.
What’s Changing?
Unless you give Fidelity your permission, we cannot continue to offer the same overdraft services you currently receive on your debit and ATM transactions after August 15, 2010 for CURRENT accounts and July 1, 2010 for NEW accounts.
Why?
Unless you give us your permission to cover your debit and ATM transactions, we will not cover these transactions when an overdraft occurs.
Who’s Affected?
All of our customers who use debit cards for purchases or make ATM withdrawals.
How Can I Continue to Receive Overdraft Services?
You may opt in three different ways:
