As a community bank, I feel that Fidelity shares our goals and always works to help us accomplish them. The downtown Easton branch is located near our office, so it’s easy to do our banking in person with the friendly and helpful staff. It is a privilege to work with a banking team so dedicated to relationships and service.

Over the many years we have been with Fidelity Bank, we have had the opportunity to add new products to our accounts to help with efficiency and security – we converted to online and ACH vendor payments and added Positive Pay fraud prevention. We also use Fidelity’s merchant services and insured cash sweep. The Fidelity staff have an effective process for onboarding new products for customers – with how-to guides, professional training, and follow-up on how well the product is working for us.  

I don’t take for granted that I’ve been working with many of the same people at Fidelity for several years, and that when I call the bank, I’m likely to have met the person who picks up the phone.
