Meet the Management Team

Rose Ungaro serves as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director and is responsible for leading Human Resources and People strategies at Fidelity. 

With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Rose most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for a national company with over 1,500 employees across 45 states. 

Rose holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Scranton. 

She is a member of the SHRM National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she holds a Society for Human Resource Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation.
