Installation of Software and Drivers for Fidelity Bank Remote Deposit Capture Scanner

  1. Clear the internet browser history on your computer.
  2. Power off the scanner, disconnect the USB cable from the PC, and unplug the power cord from the back of the scanner. You will reconnect your scanner in step 5. 
    Follow these steps to uninstall the current RDC software files:

    • Search in ‘Computer’ under ‘Programs
    • Uninstall any programs with the name “Remote Deposit
    • Remove the software already installed
  3. Click on the appropriate scanner driver (green links below) that matches your equipment.  Please contact Digital Services for assistance if your equipment is not listed below.
  4. Open the folder once the download is complete and ‘Extract All’ the files. This download can take up to 5 minutes. It will prompt you when the installation is complete.
  5. Attach the scanner cords to your computer and power it on to allow the drivers to download/update, and then reboot your computer.
  6. Log into Fidelity Business Online Banking via bankatfidelity.com as usual and navigate to Checks & Deposits, then select Deposit Checks, to launch the RDC dashboard.
