Zelle® is a third-party vendor used to send money to friends and family, even if they bank somewhere different than you do.
As of March 31, 2025, Zelle® will no longer support payments through their standalone app, as they transition fully into participating banking platforms. Fidelity Bank is not a current participant of the platform, so clients will be unable to use Zelle® as a person-to-person payment solution.
The functionality to view your activity within the Zelle® app will continue to be available until August 11, 2025.
We are actively assessing several payment solution vendors to ensure we select the best experience for our clients. Once a new solution is in place, we will send an official communication with more details.
Unfortunately, TransferNow is only a feature available in Online Banking and the Fidelity Mobile Banking App to create one-time, recurring, or future transfers between your own Fidelity Bank accounts and accounts at other financial institutions. It cannot be used for person-to-person transfers.
